DEBBIE RUDOY,
owner and studio director at Sag Harbor Pilates, has created a niche teaching
and sharing the benefits of Pilates with fitness enthusiasts on the East
End of Long Island. She incorporated Pilates into her daily life after
a serious back injury caused by an auto accident. She now focuses on sharing
her experience and knowledge with her clients. “Pilates changed my
life! I have a stronger healthier body than before the accident. Pilates
has improved my performance in other sports, fitness areas and how I move
through my daily life”. Debbie believes in leading a healthy, active
lifestyle. She received her Pilates certification in 2001 at Power Pilates
under the direction of Bob Leikens who she continues to train with on a
regular basis. |
